We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders £50.00 or over. Orders £49.99 and under will only incur a cost of £4.99.
Free delivery is for a limited time only. Magic Spirit reserves the right to end this offer without notice but the offer will apply to all orders placed up to that point.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days, (non mainland UK may take a little longer). All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail*. At the discretion of Magic Spirit. High value specialist items may be sent via a special courier but again, the cost of this is free.
If you would like your items in a hurry and would like express delivery please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this. There will be a small charge for this service.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and packaging intact, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We regret that, for hygiene reasons, we can not issue refunds on the following
– Jewellery
– Herbal products and equipment that is not defective.
– Potion products and equipment that is not defective.
– Any Product that are not returned in the same condition in which they were sold.
If you would like to exchange for a different one because you have had a change of decision, this is also not a problem. The item must not have been used or opened with any seals and packaging intact. We kindly request that along with the return item you enclose a cheque or postal order of £4.99 for postage and packing for the new item we will be sending. (Please note that this £4.99 may be higher if you are wishing to exchange for a vastly heavier item but we will discuss this with you if the need arises)
