It’s no secret that the cost of living has skyrocketed this year, and with energy bills going through the roof, everyday essentials increasing in value whilst wages remain the same, many of us are feeling the financial pinch. So, to help attract money, prosperity, abundance and wealth into your lives, we have put together a super easy, super simple money spell.
We decided to use a candle money spell for this. Candle spells are great because you can make them as simple or as complex as you would like, adding ingredients and taking them away as you please. If you are a beginner, you can make your intentions nice and clear and straightforward, but if you want to push the boundaries and incorporate further elements, you can do so with ease.
First things first, set up your altar how you like it, but if you’re someone who customises your altar to your workings then make sure you are placing money attracting items on it, making sure there is plenty of the colour green.
Next you are going to want to make sure you have a green candle. Don’t panic about the shade of green or the size and shape of the candle. It just needs to be green.
You’ll need a fire-proof dish upon which you will place your candle, which you can get pretty easily, some even use a mirror to reflect their spell.
The next thing you’re going to need is crystals. Whilst there isn’t any one specific crystal that attracts money, there are several that carry useful wealth attracting properties so you can really work with what you have already. Some good crystals for attracting wealth are; pyrite, which is synced with abundance and money, citrine, which is great for luck and growth, clear quartz, which clears, heals and amplifies energy, aventurine, which attracts all things cash, and labradorite, which puts you in the right place at the right time.
Another thing you will want to include is a form of cash in your own currency, so if, like us, you are in England, perhaps you want to get your hands on a £5 note, a larger note if you would like, or you could even use coins.
Place your green candle in the center of your dish, and arrange your crystals around the candle. Do this in whichever way you feel guided to. Once you’ve arranged your dish, place it on your cash, or near your wallet, cards, or paper with your specific money goals on it and let all of that money energy amplify with the crystals.
Next you can infuse your candle with money oil if you have some. If not, don’t worry, you can make your own or you can skip this step. And then you could sprinkle some abundant spices to enhance those money attracting properties, you can use either fenugreek or cinnamon.
The final step of the spell is to light the candle and sit with the feelings of wealth you have just conjured. Before doing this, you could even add a little bit of your hair into the candle to enhance those intentions and bring that wealth into yourself.
